@Allison Ramos Thanks for sending the out. So that we can finalize the WO billing and determine whether the quoted amount fully covers the costs to EMSAR, could provide the following:

Actual wage adjustment amount required per employeeActual fringe benefit adjustment amount required per employeeWhether W2c processing is required for one or both employeesEstimated Paycom correction cost(s)Estimated employer payroll tax impact

I want to ensure the quoted amount appropriately covers EMSAR’s anticipated costs before we proceed further.

Our quote is attached but I do want to confirm a couple of details to ensure that the quote is accurate — could you please provide the Project ID and confirm whether this request is for installation completion of a single patient lift (traverse rail, hanger, and lift only)?
