4/1/26 NatoshaB - account is on credit hold. Called Stephens cell and he's aware and says he will send payment prior to scheduling 'soon'.
2/28/26 RBerry- Escalated WO to account manager and placed on hold due to customer contact. Chattered:
@[Lauren Oberg] @[Natosha Beierschmitt] I have escalated this WO and placed on hold. We have made multiple attempts to reschedule and not sure if the customer would like to reschedule or have these WOs closed.
2/24 MOwens Called to speak to Stephen Grohs. Left a msg for him to call back as he was in a meeting.
2/18/26 RBerry- Emailed Stephen Grohs to determine if repair is still needed and can be scheduled. See logged email.
02/13/2026 LHill-Called 252-600-6389 for Stephen Grohs. LM for him to call me back as he was in the ambulance switching out a few things. **Was going to ask him if this repair is still needed?**
1/25/26 RBerry- Per email from Stephen Grohs: The switches are brand new. They were only a month old when they failed. He also did not mention that to me when we spoke. I am so confused. I am sorry for the questions, I just have been told different things and I am trying to figure it out.

1/23/26 RBerry- Emailed Stephen Grohs stating: Hi Stephen,
I’m reaching out regarding the repair for your Stryker Cot. Our technician currently has the parts needed to complete this repair; however, I also see that we are in the process of preparing quotes for two additional repairs.
Would you prefer that all repairs be completed on the same day once everything is approved, or would you like us to move forward with scheduling the repair for which parts are already available?
Please let us know how you’d like to proceed.

1/22 KWeiss, Per tech follow up notes, tech has parts in storage and just needs w/o to be rescheduled.
1/9 MOwens Called and spoke to Stephen Grohs. I told him all the parts have shipped to the tech. Offered the first available dates during the week of 1/19. He said requested repair visit on Tues 1/20 with eta between 10-11am.
12/31/25 RBerry- Updated due date based on parts. Waiting on parts for WO-01327270. Removed delay code.
12/31/25 tfog spoke with POC. He wants reschedule until ALL parts are delivered
12/31/25 RBerry- Sent teams message to SRogers stating: Shawn Rogers I see that Todd place WO-01304918, WO-01304920, and WO-01304921 into reschedule status. Do you know why?
Updated due date based on call with customer on 12/18/25 stating they do not want to wait on other parts.
12/18/25 RBerry- Spoke with Keith, scheduled for 12/31/25 arrival time between 10AM-12PM. States he does not want to wait for parts on WO-01327270. See logged call on WO-01304921
12/18/25 NatoshaB - Called # on WO and spoke to Keith, (C: 919.988.0305 | W: 252.886.9057). Says next Wed or Fri would be good to have the tech out. NOTE: Customer has new case in progress: 00552545 + 2 other repair WOs.
12/4 MOwens Called to speak to Stephen. Left a msg for him to call back to schedule the repair visit.
