Note on unit states " downstream occlusion". Unit does not appear to have physical damage only access grease on pump housing. Battery is at full 3hr30min. Ran unit multiple times and could not duplicate downstream occlusion error unless manipulated. No other faults were found. Infusion pump can be returned to service.
