04/21/2026 SYoung - Matthew Vetrano (BIOMED) sent me an email and told me on site that this machine was already inspected by Ryan Lewis back on 02/04/2026. A postponement form was attached so Matthew could locate that machine and provide me with the pictures of it being completed. I was not able to do this myself on site because Matthew could not locate this machine.
