Replaced the original PCB board with a refurbished PCB board that was part of the customer's part consumption. Afterwards, reconnected cables to the board and power button. Tested unit by turning unit on and unit is now able to turn on with no issues. Checked function of heating pad and was able to get accurate heat reading from unit. Unit is ready to go back into service.

🔍Technician Findings
Unit arrived into Depot in good condition/clean condition. Was able to duplicate issue. When plugged in, unit was not able to turn on. Disassembled bottom of unit and used multimeter to test power button to test if button didn't have a connection break. Power button is fine and traced the lost power to the PCB control board. Board has shorted out and is the reason the unit will not turn on. Used customer consume PCB board part to fix issue.
