3/25/24 RCook- Emailed CBakkemo a list of WO's for this site that are in reschedule status. Site requested that Ronnie take care of urgent units and come back for the rest another time. Spoke with CBakkemo on 3/25/24 regarding this issue. Need confirmation from customer if they will be paying travel for a 2nd trip. Placed WO's on hold. See logged email on WO-01138632

Wrong parts arrived on 3/21 @ 12:30 pm

Found unit in lab WP702.  

The parts delivered did not match any parts on this device.

I contacted L2 support and asked what parts were ordered.  L2 said parts were ordered for Model listed in the description of WO as H2-300NA however the unit has model number 20H.

Will return these parts to L2 and reschedule service.

Requested a return label sent to site in care of Jordan Lawson.
