Met POC, Jordan Lawson, we went to the Lab A147. Discovered that Ben Heinz was recently doing calibrations there in February. Called Ben to discuss his progress in that lab. I will skip the scales and other equipment that Ben already calibrated.
We left the lab to return to the office to develop a list of WO/unit serial numbers so we can see which units need to be PM/Cal during this visit.

Continued PM/Cal in Labs with Kevin then he was called away for emergency. Caught up on paperwork from yesterday. Joined by Jordan at 12:30pm.

Attempted to calibrate a device in lab A103 that had not been calibrated since 2019. The power would not come on for this unit (SIP-00026190). I had to compile a new list of devices that couldn’t be calibrated.
I spent time creating a new list that combines the room with the item to calibrate.
I also created a list of units that were found onsite that were once calibrated by Emsar.
There was a period when Chevron chose to have an outside vendor do their calibrations.
I asked Sales about whether we should try to extend the visit into next week due to the large number of units on the new list. I didn’t anticipate that there would be delays in receiving parts.
One part arrived about 12:30 pm.
Kevin will check with lab operators once he receives the list of equipment that was not on our list to calibrate. These may need a separate visit in the Fall for calibration. Kevin said there no issues waiting on those items.
