07/29/2026 ARoosa - Recvd email from Steve with pictures of SN and him stating he needs these comp-leted ASAP, forwarded to Rebecca to send off to Philips to create new cases. I sent reply email to Steve at steve@gophermedical.com thanking him for sending the pics and letting him know the process in which we have to take to get these created and let him know that we will reach out to complete as soon as possible.

07/28/2026 ARoosa - Sent email to Steve@gophermedical.com letting him know that we checked about the other SN's and we do not have open cases for those devices, he will need to send photos of each device showing the SN so we can request new cases and workorders be created from Philips before we can implement the FCO on the other devices.

07/28/2026 ARoosa - Recvd email from Steve@gophermedical.com asking if I can provide update about when he can expect the G7 replacement units. I sent reply email apologizing for the delay in response and that I had reached out to my manager to check with Philips about the extra devices and that we had'nt received a reply as of yet but I would reach out again to see if I can find any info. for him.

07/16/2026 ARoosa - Recvd call from 952-715-0838, Steve Ziegenhagen from Gopher medical, reaching out to see if I recvd. his email yesterday and what next steps will be and asked how long each device takes for remediation. I told Steve that I had revcd. his email and that I had reached out to my Mngr. for her to assist in checking with Philips on the other 12 devices he sent me, I let him know that each device takes approx. 30 min. and told him once we have an answer on the other devices we will reach out to let him know.

06/23/2026 ARoosa - Recvd. email from Steve Ziegenhagen <steve@gophermedical.com> stating they may have other G7's that fall into this FCO and that he is getting a list together of all SN's that fall in that range and will let us know. I sent reply email Thanking steve for replying and information given and let him know I look forward to getting his list.

06/19/2026 YEspino Called 844-246-7437 to try and speak to Austin or Ashley to verify the device in question. Was unable to speak to anybody or leave a message because the line just rings till the call was dropped.

06/19/2026: ARoosa - Called 844-246-7437, xfer to biomed, need to speak Ashley who is in charge of recalls, Xfer to Ashley and she stated she assumes I was told she would be who I need to speak with due to her manager being out today. But she checked for Sn and it shows active in her system however she needs to try to track device down. She said she will call or reply to email once she has tracked it down. I am sending fu email to her so it is visible and at the top of her email list.
