I sent reply email thanking Ray for his response and letting Chris know that planner will reach out to him as soon as she has an available FSE in his area to schedule.

05/19/2026 ARoosa - Sent new email thread to Ray Petre at ray.petre@aah.org for this location. After reviewing the prior email thread I noticed the location and SN did not match what we have on file. I ssume it was probaly confussion since Ray oversees many sites in several states, so I sent the proper information.
05/13/2026: ARoosa - Called 773-975-1600, call was made but no ringing heard just dead air. Called back Xfer to biomed, spoke with esther she said need to speak with Ray Petre xfer me to his office line rang and was picked up by an answering service saying you have reached the voice messaging sytem of advocate healthcare tried to press 8 to look up by name and it just repeated so I disconnected.
